Shipping & Returns

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise.

We will, upon your notification within 7 days of receipting damaged products, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility if our freight carrier has been used.


Change of mind returns.

We hope you are very happy with your purchase. We accept return of merchandise on STOCK ITEMS ONLY. Products must be in IN SALEABLE CONDITION, in original packaging, and notification is within 20 days of purchase. We will Issue Credit to your account or bank account. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. A 25% handling fee applies on all returns. Please note: SPECIAL ORDERS, END OF LINES, INDENT ORDERS AND SALE ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
